As the revolution is moving forward, the team at Krannich Solar USA grows along side of it. We take pride in the fact that despite our company covering international ground, we are close-knit in principle and family in ethics. We apply traditional values to our take on sales yet evolve with new ideas within the industry. Each of us is committed to our reliability of products, our technical support through installations, and overall, our important role in the world of renewable energy.

Ean Kyler

Having an immense educational background has provided Ean Kyler with a variety of tools to embed towards his ethics at Krannich. He studied German, History and Political Science at Temple University and also attended the Universitaet Hamburg in Germany for one year. Formerly a high school German teacher, Ean found his draw to renewables too hard to resist as he started to look for a company that would fulfill his need to make an impact politically and entrepreneurially. Starting in the marketing department at Krannich Solar, he soon realized his interest in business development, enthusiasm for solar and genuine concern for customers made him well-suited to move into a sales role. Outside of work, Ean gets his release by playing bass in Desoto Jones, an alternative rock band that still receives airplay on the syndicated radio, MTV shows, and cable TV.

Joseph Spradley

Vice President of Sales

When Joseph first joined the Krannich Team in 2013, he worked as a warehouse associate. His dedication to solar and hard work promoted him to sales within two months, eventually earning him the position, VP of Sales. He is always ready to tackle the next project and his contagious smile keeps the office moving even on Monday mornings. Joseph is a proud father of four beautiful children and is incredibly family oriented. Two of his favorite hobbies include caring for his family and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.

Luke Starn

VP Sales West

With many years experience in both the education and hospitality industries, Luke made the leap to the Solar industry in search of a new challenge that would satisfy his appetite for continued learning while also providing the opportunity to make an impact in a market that aligns with his political and environmental views. A strong focus on customer service, and dedicated can-do attitude galvanized by both professional and personal experience have served Luke well in the fast-paced environment we all have come to know and love. His ability to effectively communicate in both technical jargon and personable language, combined with a sense of humor best described by his colleagues and clients as “bizarre, yet clever” have also enabled him to become a cornerstone of the Krannich Sales Management team over the past years. When not working, Luke enjoys spending time outdoors, live music, reading, snowboarding, and travel.
