Job description

As a branch manager, you will be responsible for: 

 

  • Recruiting, building up and leading the regional team
  • Actively acquiring new customers and supporting existing customers
  • Ensuring profitability and sustainability of the branch by managing costs and increasing revenues and market share in the region
  • Recognizing and realizing market potentials – continuous analysis of market and competition
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes, e.g. sales, purchase & material planning and logistics, in close cooperation with other Krannich US branches
  • Coordination of administrative tasks related to the management of the branch
  • Representing the branch to business partners, vendors, key stakeholders and other institutions
  • Communicating with the international management team

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's (Required)
  • Management: 3 years (Required)
  • Sales Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Flexible and holistic approach
  • Can-do attitude and great team player
  • Self-motivated and quick thinking
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Solutions driven- Where there’s a will, there’s a way
  • A Self-Starter that works well in a dynamic & fast-paced setting
